Myeongdong, Gangnam or Sinsa: Picking a Seoul Skin Clinic by Where You Stay

On a short trip to Seoul, the walk from your hotel can matter as much as the treatment menu. Here are three skin clinics with English-language sites in three parts of the city: Muse Clinic, about 1 minute from Myeongdong Station Exit 5; THE Beautiful Clinic, a 2-minute walk from Nonhyeon Station Exit 5 in Gangnam; and Symphony Skin Center, about 10 minutes on foot from Sinsa Station Exit 8, according to each clinic.
Which clinic is nearest your hotel?
Myeongdong: Muse Clinic, Myeongdong Station (Line 4), Exit 5, about 1 minute on foot; 3rd floor, Korea Daeyungak Tower, 97 Toegye-ro, Jung-gu.
Gangnam (Nonhyeon): THE Beautiful Clinic, Nonhyeon Station (Sinbundang Line), Exit 5, a 2-minute walk; 2F Jinryeong Building, 545-12 Gangnam-daero, Seocho-gu, one stop from Gangnam Station.
Sinsa: Symphony Skin Center, Sinsa Station (Line 3), Exit 8, about a 10-minute walk; 2F, 165 Dosan-daero, Gangnam-gu (Sinsa Hill Building), near Apgujeong Rodeo.
If your hotel is in a different district, check the current journey time in a map app before you fix an appointment.
Muse Clinic, Myeongdong
Muse Clinic sits across from Shinsegae Department Store, above a Twosome Place on the ground floor. The clinic says all prices exclude 10% VAT and are the same list Korean patients pay, and that the whole list is published on its site.
Its head doctor, Dr. Sarang Lim, is named as the doctor who plans and performs treatment one to one after a structured consultation. The clinic says English, Japanese and Chinese interpreters are in the clinic and that other languages can be arranged on request.
For a visit fitted between shopping stops, Muse Clinic Myeongdong gives opening hours of Monday to Friday 10:00–20:00 and Saturday to Sunday 09:00–15:00, and takes bookings on WhatsApp.
THE Beautiful Clinic, Nonhyeon (Gangnam)
THE Beautiful Clinic names Dr. Jang Dong-hoon as founder and medical director and says he consults, plans and treats. It states that the consultation begins with a 3D scan of your skin, not with a price list.
The clinic describes thirty platforms in the building for lifting, pigment, regeneration, body and diagnostics, and says consultations run in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Before you fly, THE Beautiful Clinic asks for a front and a side photo on WhatsApp and says the plan and its price come back at no charge and with no obligation to book. Its posted hours are Monday to Thursday 10:30–19:30, Friday 10:30–20:30 and Saturday 10:30–16:30, with a 13:00–14:00 lunch break on weekdays; Sundays and public holidays are closed.
Symphony Skin Center, Sinsa
Symphony plans treatment around what it calls a 4 Layer Skin Map: before the result, it says, it looks at the layer and depth where the cause sits, then plans with a custom design system for nine tissue layers.
On Symphony Skin Center in Sinsa, the clinic also says it chooses the level of anesthesia to match your pain sensitivity and the treatment area, and that a dedicated planner stays with you from the first consultation, with treatment records opened and shared with you.
Its visit page says WhatsApp is the channel for English-speaking patients, covering consultation, booking and aftercare, and that Symphony is registered with Korea's Ministry of Health and Welfare as a medical institution permitted to treat international patients. Hours are weekdays 10:00–19:00 and Saturday 10:00–17:00, closed Sundays and Korean holidays.
Planning around your hotel and trip
KCODI's dermatology overview says most skin treatments need one visit and one or two days in Seoul, and suggests putting them early in your trip so redness and needle marks fade while you sightsee.
It also advises skipping sauna, jjimjilbang, hard exercise and alcohol for 2 to 3 days after injections or lasers.
Weekends are where the three differ most. Muse lists Saturday and Sunday hours, while THE Beautiful Clinic and Symphony are closed on Sundays and public holidays, and Symphony notes closures around Lunar New Year and Chuseok.
How are prices shown?
Muse publishes from-prices that exclude 10% VAT, for example ALL TITE RF lifting from ₩139,000 and Potenza from ₩159,000, and says event prices run for a limited period and can change.
THE Beautiful Clinic says that where its site prints a figure, it includes Korea's 10% VAT, so the number you read is the number you pay. Keep that difference in mind when you set a Muse price beside one from Nonhyeon.
KCODI's guide to choosing a skin clinic in Seoul notes that prices go by unit, syringe, shot count or session, so compare like with like, and that a very low event price often means a small dose or an add-on sold in the room. KCODI books treatments at the local rate and assigns your own medical interpreter free.
